There was no bigger cheerleader in the rush to war in Iraq and no greater propagandist for one of the greatest military blunders of modern history. Leave the legitimate critiques--and there are many--of Obama on the foreign policy and national security front to the Libertarians or at least a new generation of Republicans (is there one? hopefully soon...) because the likes of Westmoreland have proven themselves fit for one thing, and one thing only, when it comes to running a global power; and that is running it into the ground...
