AAA of Georgia and State Representative Allen Peake ( R-Bibb County ) will hold a press conference on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, to discuss House Bill 938, legislation that prohibits texting while driving. Since being introduced by Representative Peake, HB 938 has received wide support from other representatives as well as AAA Auto Club. The press conference will take place in Room 610 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building and will begin at 11:00 am. Rep. Benfield is a co-sponsor of HB 938.
