Heritage Foundation attacking workers again...

Whats new you say... but here's a question on language usage

The Union War on Charter Schools Annotated

And the teachers unions appear to have collected enough cards to unionize the teachers at two highly successful charter schools in New York City. If unions force charters to enter into collective bargaining, one can only imagine how those schools will be able to maintain the flexible work rules that allow them to succeed.

Shouldn't that read: "the teachers at two highly successful charter schools gained enough cards to unionze themselves in New York City.  If these teachers demand that their schools bargain with them as a group...."

Conservatives like to abstract away from the human beings...

Conservatives have a pattern of attacking "politicians"  "unions" and "government" as if these aren't abstrations of larger groups--voters, workers, the nation.  Its easier than attacking voters who support policies they don't like, workers who want to join together to negotiate better wages, or democratic process that empowers policies they don't like.

Its not some conspiracy...
