Judicial philosophy and the differences between libertarians and conservatives (via @unitedliberty).  Well worth watching...
 
As some of you my I'm getting a degree in philosophy with an emphasis on political theory at Georgia State University so i'm a political theory guys at heart.  Unfortunately too much of our political debate[sic] is intellectually shallow and vapid.
