U.S. Decision to Approve Killing of Cleric Causes Unease - NYTimes.com

Ahhh Fridays.  I love them.  I come home from work around 8:45am and there sits the little blue bag with my New York Times in it.
 
So I grab the coffee, sit on the couch with the dog--and my netbook--glance at the front page and read this:
The notion that the government can, in effect, execute one of its own citizens far from a combat zone, with no judicial process and based on secret intelligence, makes some legal authorities deeply uneasy.
Uhhh... yeah... not just legal authorities.  A lot of us fall under the "uneasy" category in this situation.
